2013 Si rear sway bar options?

so im wanting to upgrade the rear sway on my 13 si, took a corner at about 45 pretty sharp and it felt like i was about to flip, i know there are a few options out there, and i did see somewhere that i should stay away from the hollow sway bars and look for a solid bar for my car since they are stronger, so what are my options for my car and which ones are better?

22mm Progress = good for street use.
24mm Progress = better for track use.

Personal preference. Upgrading the FSB is not necessary IMO.

I believe putting a bigger FSB on a FWD car creates more understeer, bad!
