Ok can anyone tell me what control the 13 si coolant fan is it the thermostats or the ecu??

All the fuses are working in perfect condition. I tested each of the relays and they are in working order as well. So it is either the actual fan motor that went or the coolant temp switch. I know there are two coolant temp sensors(one in the bottom of the radiator and one at or near the thermostat). Which one is the actual switch that activates the fan?

I unplugged the connector on the fan motor(passenger side fan). Turned on the car and tested the connector to see if it had power. No voltage with ac off and had voltage with ac on. So the fan motor was the culprit. Replaced that today and every is running great.
