Aftermarket axelback

So been doing some searching and can't really find an actual answer
What are some affordable axelbacks for our cars? Something that will bolt up
If nothing of that nature exists anyone know where I can get the flange to make my own custom one? I want to retain stock parts but I wanna delete the muffler
