Ok, so knowing that the fuel efficiency meter stats red all the time on 2013 Si, is 2,000 rpm (+/-) at 55 mph normal? 2,600(+/-) at 60?

In 6th gear - yup. Runs at 3000 rpm at 70.

I look at the gearbox as 1st is to get'r moving, 2nd, 3rd, & 4th are the driving gears, 2nd for the Dragon and tight moto-x, 3rd is for usable power on most fast turns, where 4th is for a more rev relaxed driving that isn't the best gear to pass in a tight gap, but good for driving while you're waiting to do something. And the rest of the gears are mostly for saving gas(not to forget the more gears the less steps between gears, which is a good thing).
When I get a new car/mc, I will go out and see where the rpm is around 60 using 4th gear, and mark that reading as my eco gear rpm. Then I know if I need power I'm going to need to bring the rpm up about 2000 rpm just to be in the right power range for a working rpm.
5th is just under overdrive but still has some pull, and 6th is overdrive with a 1 on 1 ratio which doesn't have any pull, other than how powerful the engine is, still not the right gear to use except feathering the mpg.
Most of these small block 4 bangers like to rev, and run better doing so, there's only two things that keep's us from running it above 5 - 6k, and that's mpg, and the noise that it makes keeps us in fear of hurting something(not that it will). Two remedies, ear plugs, or turn the radio up load enough that you can't hear the engine. I wear ear plugs on my bike and can run're up around 6 to 10 grand all day(the limit is 11,500 rpm).

I usually don't take the bike above 10k. All 150+ horses have left the building at 9k. (not to mention running out of road quick) I guess that's were my dilemma begins. I believe my bike is turning less rpms in 6th gear at 60 mph then the Si, and that's why I asked the question. Lol, tried ear plugs, ears got irritated, then ear buds (turn up radio), but Yosh exhaust just way to loud I guess I'll only put in 3 gallons of gas instead of 5.3 so I stop sooner! Thank you for the great answer! T.T
