I can at least understand what they're saying, quite funny actually. The heavy breathing is actually him smoking, as you know Russians like their cigarettes and vodka.

Yeah dude!!!! I think this is the same one. Bridge over Vladivostok crosses Zolotoy Rog Bay and to Russkiy Island.
