apple releases highest resolution laptop ever

I do not understand why they refuse to work with Sony and pay the extra to Sony in order to use their bluray

^ this right here. They're wanting all video stuff to be delivered through your iTunes - (they have 1080p HD video content). It has zero optical drives on the one model, and it's been said for a while that they're going to stop putting optical drives in their laptops to save space. If you want one, you'll have to hook an external drive up, or use it's wifi optical drive sharing capabilities from another computer.

even their software updates are almost all going through the app store instead of physical media
 
it would be fun, kinda targeting the group of people who want a larger air, i think im still content with my early 2011 mbp
