A mother in the United States captures her baby's alternating expressions of horror and delight as she blows her nose.

Baby Emerson's look of horror as he reels at the sight of his mother blowing her nose has earned the five-month old an online following.


"Does mummy's nose scare you when I blow it?" his mother is heard asking, prompting him to switch to fits of giggles.


Despite his evident relief that the nose-blowing has not affected his mother, Emerson's shock returns when she repeats the noise.


The clip has been viewed almost two million times on YouTube since it was posted online on Monday.
