Belle of Cincinnati

Hey Neighborz!!
Wanted to share pics of a river cruise dinner I did late last fall.
Was on the Belle of Cincinnati http://www.bbriverboats.com/belle_cruise_tour-FALL.html
However, was not in Cincy, but in Paducah, KY.
Was fun, good food, and nice sights.
I live at the confluence of 2 rivers, the Tennessee River meets the Ohio River just upstream from where the Ohio and Mississippi Rivers merge and downstream a short distance from where the Cumberland River meets the Ohio River.
Hence, the nickname, the Four Rivers area!!

Wow, really great photos. How long of a ride is it, and how far does it travel?

The trip was probably about 5 hours, and traveled 4 or 5 miles. Being on the water, it seemed further, and the boat wasn't full speed.

We actually were in 2 states, KY and Illinois. One river bank is KY, and the other is Illinois.

Pretty nice. This isn't like a gambling thing right...just a casual ride up the river?

Correct, no gambling. Huge buffet meal, can order special gift/flower/champagne for a sweetie. Very clean fun, mostly adults, older couples.

Crew, waiters/waitresses all great!!!! Cost was only like $30.00/person, includes meal. And you can skip the meal, just do the 'sight-seeing' for about $16.00/each.
I had never been on one of the boats, it was 3 or 4 stories tall, nice.
