i am just wondering what to do when I decide to paint with different color a certain part of the vehicle like the hood or other part. do we need to ask a permit for this? does the color of the vehicle changes the color of the vehicle in the registration? any help counts.. thanks!

I don't think it matters. As long as the vin on the car matches all of the paperwork.
