Buddy Club Seat Rail Kit

Does anyone know if I will need a seat bracket if I buy this kit?

I've read it's a slider/base combo and Buddy Club is telling me the same thing, but ProCivic is telling me I need a seat base for it to work in our cars.

@PRO Civic has tested stuff on 9th gens, so if they say it's needed.... it's probably needed.

buy it, and if you dont need it just return it. Better safe than sorry IMO
