I don't know what this is. It's in front of my driveway. After the storm, the water is coming out/overflow from it.
Is the water supposed to be coming out like that? Anyway, can anyone identify it?

Is water supposed to be coming out from it?It's a ground water cover.
It either provides water or serves as a storm drain.
I have no idea, but storm drains definitely have water coming out of them occasionally when there is an overflow of water. Is water supposed to be coming out from it?
Call your local water company and find out.My neighbor didn't have water coming out of it, but mine does. Even right now. I don't know if I should call someone for this. Is it normal?
Yep, that's what I had to do, it was on my side........ But they should adjust your bill, if they give you any crap, let my Sister talk to them, she's like a "Honey Badger".They kill Cobra's.............Ok, just called in. There's an emergency line apparently. I thought I had to wait till morning.
Anyway, it is a shut off valve and water is not supposed to be coming out. My water bill is going to shoot through the roof next month. He'll come out and check tomorrow.
Also, get this. There are two sides on that valve, one side is my house and the other side is water company. If it's broken on his side, he'll fix it. If it's on my side, I'll have to pay someone to fix it. That is crazy. They have to dig to fix it, so looks like I won't have a driveway for awhile.
