Guys, any recommendations for a good and not so pricey CARB Legal cat back for my FG4?

I live in LA and emissions blows.
 
I've yet to see a carb legal exhaust for the 9th gen. The downpipe is more of of an issue if it's catless. Removing the cats is where you can get in trouble.

Really? No CARB legal for the 9th gen yet? Sucks.... I really don't want to go thru the hassle of switching back to stock every year for my emissions test. Oh well. Guess another mod will do. :(
