COIL SPRING 2-WAY ADJUSTER & STABILIZER?

I lowered my civic on 8th gen skunk2 springs, the front lowered low but the rear is still kinda high. I wanna raise the front up a little to match the rear, how could i do this?

Is these Coil Spring 2-Way Adjuster & Stabilizer's a good idea or no?

Another member cut his skunk 2's in the rear so it would drop lower.
