CryO2 is a revolutionary product designed to reduce air and fuel temperatures thus creating power. Through the science of aerodynamics and cryogenics, Design Engineering has developed a system to harness the cryogenic properties of liquid CO2 to lower the intake charge temperature by up to 50°F.

The system is modular and can be easily expanded. The CryO2 system provides two methods for cooling the air charge and one for cooling fuel, all utilizing the same burst of liquid CO2. CO2 is readily available at any welding or medical supply locations or where paintball guns are charged. The Power of COOL - Welcome to the future of power. Learn more here.
The foundation to every CryO2 system.
Each kit includes (with or without tank):
5 or 10 pound CO2 tank
Tank mounting brackets
Cryogenic solenoid valve
14 ft. stainless steel braided supply line
Arming, activation, and WOT switches
All necessary CO2 fittings and electrical hardware
Tank Dimensions:
10 lb. tank: 6-3/4" Dia. base, 20" tall
5lb. tank: 5-1/4" Dia. base, 17-1/2" tall

I thinkin about makin the my first preformance mod! Why do you guys think!

With a timer u can get 60 min out of one ten pound bottle running two applications and getting the 10 lb bottle filled prolly around 1-2 bucks a pound and ill look for a dyno chart Iv seen them say and average of a 10% increase in hp

You can pick up a install kit and bottle for as low as $270 shipped

A 10lb bottle will cost you around $20 to have filled...pretty cheap if the results are good...I don't like being the guinea pig though :)

if you try it out, you really should do a before/after dyno to see what your results are

What effects does it have on the motor? Are they similar to Nitrous? I knew an engine builder for Harleys and he said something like "for every mile you use nitrous, It's like putting 10"

It has no effects on the motor other then hp because ur doin nothing but changing the air and fuel temps and by doing that u are creating more of a combustion

Hopefully I'll have a good few weeks of work and if the gf can quit spending all my damn money I'll snatch it up :)

In the process of trying to work a deal with eBay seller to give me a combined price for the install kit and an intake will keep updated if I get a response back today or tomorow it will be in car by next week

I wonder if this will add HP if not tuned for????? HMMMMMMM seems FISHY never seen this before and it's not like it's some kind of crazy new technology. OP I would wait before dropping dough to see some true numbers on an SI. Who's to say they didn't tune for it on that wrx real quick to reap the number's. I know lowering IAT's is always beneficial but would like to see this on an SI with graph's before wasting time and money. LMK if your gonna be the guinea pig ensure to get graphs.

I thought I remember hearing about people who would place bags of ice on their intake manifolds right before a drag race. That supposedly helped them.

Yes when I was TMIC on my Subie before FMIC we iced our IC's, Except the track officials complain when you pull up to the line dripping. But that was to reduce IAT's down from heat soak, they never would go below ambient. So IDK

The real use..... So you can be Spilner.
