debadging trunk help?

I want to take off the "Civic" & "Si" badge on the trunk, any help or tips?
will the adhesive be too much and take off paint?
please help

as long as you dont use a screwdriver to take it off.

Easiest way after several years Ive seen is to do it on a hot day using floss or fishing line. Then use goo gone or adhesive remover with an eraser to remove the sticking leftover. Make sure you clean the goo gone or adhesive remover immediately when youre done.

But since its winter and not hot, you can use a hair blow dryer thing, and heat the glue up from about 6" away and that speed the process up a little.

This is the best way and would leave the least amount of residue behind.
