I already applied the clear coat and this is the turnout

Do I have to live with this?

Will paint cleaning/polishing/waxing help reduce this awful job?

post up your zip code if you're willing. A member like @RaskyR1 may be able to tell you someone local to fix it. Or he may have advice, or @Nix

Most likely you.... or a detailer will have to progressively sand it down, followed by a multiple stages of polishing/wax

Well on second glance it's not too terrible, I'm planning on doing a maguires clean polish wax soon by hand hoping that the glossy shine will obscure the visibility of the touch up paint

I wouldn't attempt much sanding on that. its noticeable since you know where to look but most people won't see it. You could very very gently use some 1000 grit paper and a block to gently try and wetsand the edges down a little bit.

Wetsanding has a bit of a learning curve but look at a ton of youtube videos and read up on it as much as you can. Soak your paper before you start. Then polish and wax. It'll help.

In my experience the best way to get chips covered isn't to try and use the paintbrush but to use a toothpick and try to "flow" paint into the void.

I've done this. It takes a lot of patience.

I may have to try the OP... I have have a few highway scars that could use that.
