A 51 year old Burlington man's HOV blow-up doll scam has been busted by police.
He was pulled over with the doll on the QEW in Oakville Wednesday morning, after provincial police received a tip from another driver.
The doll was dressed up and had a cap on to cover the cup holder on its head, but police say it was pretty easy to spot.
OPP Constable Graham Williamson says the driver is facing charges.
"Right away there's a $110 fine but more importantly there are 3 points involved for each offence so the offender is actually looking unconvicted at six points on the driver's license."
Police are reminding drivers that unless you have a vehicle with green plates, you must have at least two people in your vehicle.
