The Help Manual they provide with the FlashPro Manager software really goes into detail regarding what changes to the tune may or may not be made, and also how the ECU works internally, in order to help the user achieve the desired results when it comes to driveability/power/consistency in the tune.
If you want to learn how to make more power, and determine what A/F Ratio, Igntioin Timing, Cam Phasing, Fuel Trim, etc., are needed, then you would need to get more in depth and actually learn how engines run and how they make power. People make a living off of learning how to control these parameters and what settings are to be used in order to produce 'X' result, so it's no easy task. But starting with a course in EFI tuning will help if you want to go down that path.
I previously signed up for High Performance Academy/Learn To Tune courses and have learned a lot from them. Enough for me to be able to be comfortable to help others tune their cars.
I hope this is more of the answer you were looking for, and hopefully will help others. Feel free to PM me if you have more q's.
