I'm not very mechanically inclined....lol sorry for the stupid question.

If I were to get an aftermarket exhaust would I have to do a tune right away, or can I just throw it on for sound at the moment. I do plan on doing performance upgrades, but nothing until I can afford to purchase the Hondata Flashpro and have it tuned properly.

Are you doing a axel back or the whole system? You should be good as long as your not doing the down pipe.

No, not doing a down pipe yet until I can get the flashpro and tune it. For now I just want it to sound better, but don't want to risk messing anything up.

You won't need a tune for just an exhaust like a cat back exhaust. I installed a Q300 before I got my flash pro and tune from Vit.
