Has anyone had any experience using a bracket like this to offset the front license plate? I was wondering if this would fit and work properly on my '13 Si Sedan.

I just don't want to block the front air dam by flipping the front frame that came with the car (but I haven't seen this done on the '13 Si Sedan yet), and I've always wanted an offset front license plate :P
It's a shame the car doesn't come with a tow hook hole in the front bumper.
