K&N part 400638 (filter), for 2012+ Civic Si
The filter is used and has approximately 12,000 miles on it. It's mostly clean but that really doesn't matter anyway since you can clean it and they rate it for 1,000,000 miles.
The cleaning kit was used once and both containers (cleaner and oil) are still mostly full (I would say around 85-90% full).
Filter looks darker in images than in person.
