when the hell honda put a heavy leather shift knob on NA1 or NA2 R? they all use titanium shift knobs and cost $200.

your shift knob looks like the one used in USDM nsx

IIRC, all USDM NSX shifters were completely leather, with the exception of MY2005. (Type-S, Type-R, and Zanardi excluded.)
