Great Smoky Mountains - Bear Sighting

We spent this past weekend in Gatlinburg, TN, and on Sunday we decided to take the Roaring Fork Motor Nature Trail. At the beginning of the trail on Cherokee Orchard Road we ran into this little guy who was just 500 yards away from where we had lunch on a nature trial near the picnic pavilion.

Looked absolutely unfazed by cars. I hope it was able to stay out of harm's way.

When came back through a ton of cars were lined up and everyone was running near the area with their cameras. We went around them but didn't see the bear, everyone was looking WAY up in a tree so apparently it got spooked. Poor little guy!
