I like the idea, but the material looks cheesy(JMHO)..... And no, I don't have a good suggestion..... I like the work though.

It's my fault about the material. It's old home depot lip.. That i've use before. Maybe if i get a new rubber. Thanks.

Why not use vinyl or paint. This what others call eyelids essentially.

Honestly i'm not ready to show this yet. i'm still working on this. but my friend who has a mod honda fit, saw this one. almost the same comment why using old rubber, buy.. new one... looks better. but He got a painted eyelid on his headlight. i was afraid that he'll got my concept and share it to the honda fit group online. that will break my heart... cause i wanted it for the 9th civic.
