HID Fog light trouble!

So I bought a set of volt hid's H11 3000k for my civic from kbcarstuff.com. It took a long time for delivery,not because of company reasons just shipping and being on back order. But anyways I just got them and installed them but i'm not getting any light. I can hear them switching on just no output. Could cold weather have been a problem? Or are the bulbs just no good??

Was it a plug and play kit you just hooked into the factory wire harness? Or did you have to run a wire harness and whatnot to the battery/ground....

Plug and play but it was operator error Plug wasn't in the right way

Yeah thats what i figured. I was tracking the package and seen it sat in customs for a long time.

Well that was good for me. Sucks to be the rest of them. Only good thing for me was its winter and my cars parked for it so didnt really matter when i received them.
