Hid lighting

Hey guys I'm currently undecided what I wanna do with my lights. I wanna either get hid, oem projector headlights. What's the best website to find some good and affordable hid kit. Also where can I find the oem projectors. Which do you think is the better option

china/taiwan had the xenon projectors in these models
1.8L VTi AT
1.8L VTi AT Navi
2.0L Type-S AT
2.0L Type-S AT Navi

Other countries had halogen projectors in their civics. You can find them sometimes on ebay
