I have been using HID's for years in many vehicles
I received some new kits today
The 9005/9006 kits are fine, and the plugs are normal to me and will work
But here is what is supposed to plug into the factory harness for power on my H11 kit???
What am I supposed to do with these bare metal clips?
There is no plug, instead there clips, that are supposed to go into factory harness?

Looks like the plastic plug may have slipped off somewhere. Depinning the connector can happen. Check the box and see if its floating around loose? Might have to contact the company and see if they can send you a replacement.

Look through this section and maybe order a wire with the right connector and depin and reuse the clip. Could try sending these guys a message also. They might have that plastic piece you need.
 
Nix, that is what I thought first
But I also searched some pics on google and ebay, and there are actually HID bulbs that just come with these bare pins or clips?

I have never received a set like these
I emailed the company but have yet to get a response
It seems weird their 9006 and 9005 kits are "normal" with those regular plugs and these H11 bulbs are like this?
All I know is I cannot just stick the clips into the factory harness, as nothing would hold them in and they would corrode...
 
Where did you order the kit? That's weird, I have not seen kits like that.
 
The vendor should provide you with the proper connections, but if not, have you tried simply plugging those metal prongs into the stock harness?
They might just plug in without the plastic piece around them
 
Some kits are like that... They go into the stock plug.

I tried them in the stock plug but they do not secure
They are loose and pull out easily?
 
Well. It has been 24hrs since I emailed the company. 3 times. No response. I hope their warranty service isnt like this.
 
I guess I will have to use the plugs off an old set of HIDs I have lying around. So much for plug and play. So much for customer service.

I have sent 5 emails and called 10-15 times so far
I am going to open a paypal claim
 
One of my low beams has a yellowish green tint to it. The other is fine at white with a hue of blue. I finally got a hold of them to send me out a new set of 9006. Not as good of luck so far as with the GF lights purchased from the same place. Hers are fine. I'm driving around with brand new hids ($300 worth) and right out of the box a color issue. It is so hard to find quality bulbs.
 
I should have just got the $40 sets from China. They look indentical. Likely just as good.
 
My next vehicle, which won't be a Honda, I am going to go with the 50w Morimoto and be done with it.
 
Hope your replacements solve the issue. Are they sending a different plug end?
