What do you call your in-laws?

My fiancee and I are having a discussion on how we address each others in-laws after we get married.

Yeah, see what they like. I'm split between the two with one saying call me sue and the other said nothing and seems fine with Mr.

Hubby and I usually call our in-laws by our first names or a nickname we've come up with/for them. Gene addresses his family on a first name basis so I do as well. I will occasionally say mom (I don't see his dad often enough). My dad is "bear" to Gene for because it's a nickname Gene and his friend came up with when they were hanging out with my dad back when we were first dating.

My exact response would be:

Mr/Mrs. - that's weird. I can't call you that. I only call my parents that.
