How you stop the exhaust hitting the bottom?

Installed skunk2 exhaust and it is hitting the bottom and rattling. There are two heat shields both of them on top of the middle part that is connected to the DP, I took out one of them because I sow it in contact with the exhaust and now I hear rattling again. What Can I do? is there something to wrap the exhaust with in these two points? yeah thats and I have boomba motor mounts I wonder how will be with out it.

i had the same problem with my skunk2 catback. I noticed on the heat shield around the middle of the car that there was a long stud in the middle hitting the pipe. We took a saw and cut the stud short and so far haven't had any problems. Not sure if that is the same problem you are having but I hope it helps.

Ill have to do this soon cause that's where my rattle comes from I know exactly what your talking about
 
Thanks guys I did that Its working fine now .... first loud exhaust nice and bad
