Hi there, the name's Adrian. I recently got a 2012 Honda Civic Si coupe (Taffeta White) and I must say I am enjoying my new Si very much. I'm proud to have gotten the Taffeta White Si because apparently this one and its sedan counterpart are the only two Taffeta White ones in Texas! I got a great deal on it since I am a salesman at a Honda dealership. I plan on making a ton of upgrades to my new Si and here are a few of them;

welcome to the forum! Quite the list of mods on your plate.

this isn't the 9th head below, but it's an example of how the exhaust header is cast. You cannot really modify it beyond deleting the catalytic converter (or run a high flow cat) and run an aftermarket downpipe/exhaust.

regardless, I'm looking forward to seeing how your build progresses.

It's going to be great. I kinda want it to sound like the Veilside RX-7 from Tokyo Drift or the Skyline R-34 from 2Fast2Furious

I don't know... The Full Race Exhaust sounds good, but I don't know if it's a Cat-Back or Axleback like this one in the following clip from OBX Racing it sounds good to me;
