So I tore a muscle in my back playing basketball and I'm in the hospital now! This sucks because I was in the process of powerlifting and then crossfit before my deployment :(. Now I have to take a break and I also won't be able to work on my lovely car. It hurts to walk, drive, and to even turn over on my bed!! Ugh!!!!! Anyone just want to chat while I'm here? About anything? The NFL playoffs, COD black ops 2? My PS3 name is butthermeup add me because that's all il be doing until my back is better. Also if you'd guys like post pics of your sweet rides. I always love and enjoy seeing your rides!! Thanks
 
Sorry to hear about your injury. Hopefully you get better in time for your deployment and to work on your car as well.

Sorry about you back......... Where were you going on deployment? ......... What branch & your job? Were you going to be deployed with your ppl or show up as a new guy?

I'm in the army national guard. I can't say where I'm deploying but I'm 11b (infantry) and I've been with my unit almost a year. Some great guys, and thank you everyone! They gave me a shot of some pain meds so I'm home resting playing cod with a heat pad on my back lol.

No, it's just a bad muscle sprain so I got a shot of dilaudid and some pain killers to reduce pain. Now I have to heat and stretch for a few weeks.
 
They just let me out like 2 hours ago. So just resting now :( but I have a heat pack and I'm good to go lol. I play black ops 2 if anyone plays on ps3 butthermeup is my name
 
That's what I needed to know....... I would have said, don't worry about deployment date, what's the hurry......... But since you are going with ppl you know, that's different, don't want to go with ppl you don't know.
When I went to VN, I Departed and arrived not knowing anyone, Not fun................... stretch, stretch, stretch............

Yup I already wrote down a leaner diet and a stretch plan for this whole week. My gym had a great steam room and sauna and I will stretch in there also.
 
That sucks :( I hope you feel better soon!
