Injector ground issue...

So here is a question I have about injectors. I want to know if a bad ground would cause injector misfire. In particular, I purchased a supercharger kit that came with Grams 1000 cc injectors and required a higher lph fuel pump. (265 lph). Now I know that this combination (larger injectors and high flow fuel pump) can cause some misfire issues but how about a bad ground? The kit requires the injector harness ground to be relocated to the valve cover bolts. If this isn't a good, solid ground source, can it cause injector misfire?

If your questioning a possible grounding issue just run a overlay wire to B- to eliminate any possible resistance/problems.
