Is This ‘Fastest Kick In The World’ Real or Fake?

This video has been posted all over the Internet recently, and it has members of Reddit, 4chan, and 9gag all scratching their heads.
The video, a re-upload of a clip posted by YouTube user ConalCochran in 2010, claims to show “the fastest kick in the world.”
We’re pretty sure that claim proves to be false — this man is no Bruce Lee after all.
Many in the comments on YouTube are claiming that the slow motion speed is the true speed, and that the video was sped up.
