magnetic fluids demo

I'm guessing this is essentially the same stuff that is used in the dampers for the Corvettes with magnetic ride control.
 
I would say it's probably the same stuff, or very close. I can't find the video now showing them using it. It's been years, but I remember a video of GM engineers showing it in a big tub, and lifting/releasing the fluid by altering the charge.
