Microsoft Leaks Social Site, Then Says "We Didn’t Mean To, Honest"

Microsoft, what have you done? You've only gone and leaked your social-networking site, Tulalip, haven't you? Bad boy—get back in your cage! After taking it down, Microsoft wrote that it was "mistakenly published to the web." Riiiight.

The details about Tulalip were published to another site, Socl.com (which was registered by Microsoft back in 1998) and were quickly yanked before they updated it with the following message:

"Thanks for stopping by. Socl.com is an internal design project from a team in Microsoft Research which was mistakenly published to the web. We didn't mean to, honest."
Internal design project, or new social-networking site? Given the one image that was on Socl.com shows log-ins for both Facebook and Twitter, I'm hazarding a guess that it's not designed to take on either service, with the image saying "With Tulalip you can Find what you need and Share what you know easier than ever." As the words "find" and "share" were capitalized in the sentence, I can presume it's a more social way of searching, and perhaps something we can see integrated with Bing?
