A Nazareth woman charged Thursday with entering her ex-boyfriend's home without permission was arrested Monday because she violated an order that she have no contact with him, police said.
Kimberly Bush, 45, of 18 S. Whitfield St., violated her bail conditions when she sent David Gosnell Sr. a text message at 2:27 a.m. Saturday, police said.
"Jerk," she said in the text from her cellphone, according to the police arrest affidavit.

Bush told police she didn't remember sending the text, according to the affidavit. She said she had taken four Xanax pills and had three drinks at a bar by the time the text message was sent, police said.
Gosnell told police the message worried and alarmed him. His dog barked most of Friday night and early Saturday, indicating to him that Bush was outside stalking, the affidavit says.
Bush was charged with trespassing and criminal mischief last week as a result of a 4:55 p.m. June 4 incident in which she allegedly entered Gosnell's home in the 700 block of Heckman Avenue, without his OK, to retrieve a DVD.
A window screen was damaged when Bush entered the home, police said.
As a result of the trespassing and mischief charges, Bush was arraigned and released on $2,500 on the condition that she have no contact with Gosnell.
Bush was arraigned Monday by District Judge John C. Capobianco on new charges of harassment by communication and disorderly conduct, and released again on $2,500 additional bail.
