Yep. Same here. I have a case of 15400-PLM-A01 left when I bought it for my 2009 CRV. Apparently Honda kept it the same for 2006+ Civics (including Hybrid) and 2009 CRVs. Not sure about the Si models. Happy to know it'll work fine on my 2012 Civic Hybrid.
