Paint flaking off bumper

The title makes it sound worse than it is but i noticed that on the edge of the rear bumper, where it meets the quarter panel, the paint is starting to bubble and flake. The car only has 4700 miles on it. Would Honda fix it under warranty?

If you haven't taken your bumper off & caused the damage yourself, they should cover it.

Never took the bumper off. I'm going to let it go for now and see if it gets worse, but when i take it in for an oil change I'll mention it and see what they have to say.
