Paralysed cat takes swimming lessons
Somewhat strangely for a feline, Mog the cat - paralysed after being run over by a car - is learning to walk again by taking swimming lessons.
In February this year the grey tabby sustained injuries to his front legs after being knocked down in a hit-and-run incident
Remarkably the feline only suffered nerve damage in the accident but that was enough to leave his front legs completely paralysed.
But the one-year-old is learning to use them again in a hydrotherapy pool at Hawksland canine centre in St Issey, Cornwall.
According to owner Veronica Ashworth, ten weeks of £30 sessions have made a "vast improvement" to Mog's condition.
