Radio and Phone Setup not working

We have a 2013 Honda Civic and the radio and phone set up buttons are not working...nothing shows up for the set up and there is no sound from the radio. I checked fuses 12 and 27 with no luck. Thanks in advance for your help.
 
Does the radio work at all (without phone setup)? Did it ever? Is the car new to you, or it just randomly stopped working one day? More details?
 
Sorry for the delay and thank you for the clarifying questions. The radio does not have any sound-the two buttons for "phone" and "set up" are also non responsive. Have had the car since 2013 and it sat for a long time during the pandemic and it required a new battery and we have had the problems since then.
 
I’d disconnect the battery completely for like 10 min and then reconnect it. Then see if there is any change to the radio setup.
