So I was driving to meet some of my friends yesterday and as I was putting my car in neutral to brake for a stop light, my car decides to rev to 2k then back to idle then back to 2k then idle... I have been able to duplicate the problem but my concern is that it doesn't do it when I'm at a complete stop, its perfectly fine then, its only when I'm coming to a stop that it does it.. anyone know what's going on?

Yes I have, full exhaust and an intake. Never had this problem before on my 13. One of the mechanics at my work isn't really sure why it's doing it, he said it might just be compensating.

Any idea on how to fix it?

Check the vacuum hoses going to the intake and get some map sensor cleaner

There was someone with the RBC intake manifold having this problem but I can't seem to find the thread. Had a video of it and everything. Maybe @webby knows what I'm talking about.

i did end up fixing it that day lol i haven't logged into youtube in awhile sorry about that. It was a combination of a bad o-ring on an injector and an elbow wasn't thread locked.

HA! that's me! lololol ehh yeah check your vacuum lines. Another thing that's weird is the ECU's seem to "learn" to compensate for non-stock air intake. If you're absolutely sure that all your ducks are in a row in regards to vacuum lines, let your car idle for about 10 minutes and see then go driving. If you've only changed your intake and not the whole manifold, then it should be something simple.
