rear defroster

I have a '14 si coupe and as other owners of them have surely noticed the defroster pattern is quite strange at the top. Where the middle line going up breaks, my defroster stops working from there on up. Does anyone else have this problem?

Without going out in the rain to look at my back glass, I noticed the top portion of the defroster doesn't defrost also. That because the FM/AM antenna is integrated in to the back glass. That is, the top portion where the lines breaks up, is the FM/AM antenna so it won't defrost.
