rear sway bar found unbolted.

It's been a year since I had my d2 coilovers installed. Today I removed all my wheels for some serious detailing.
Once I took the right side rear wheel off I saw the sway bar link just hanging... the nut must have not been tighten down when the shop installed the coilvers.

It looks like 8mm threads on the end link but I'm only guessing... does anyone know the thread size for sure?
I honestly think I've been driving this car a year with the rear sway bar not attached on the right side.
 
Maybe some thread lock would help... if it literally just came off?
 
the shop that installed my d2's must have unbolted it. I honestly think they never bolted it back. Or just not tight. I put a nut on it and she isn't going anywhere now.
