Rear Window Visor

A friend of mine sold his SI and he gave me his rear window visor but it has a few scatches on it. And was thinking about painting it if it was possible or doing a Over lay. Has anyone painted or put an over lay on the Visor or know of the paint that I could use for the hard plastic?

Best bet would probably be doing 3m 1080 vinyl due to how forgiving it is with just a little heat

If you want to paint it, it's going to require sanding with a rough paper down to a very fine grit/scotch-brite pad. Then prime/paint/clear

You can get a piece right on Amazon. I'm guessing 12" would be a big enough piece to wrap that?

You could also try http://www.metrorestyling.com/ for vinyl. I have ordered a few times through them and it was always quick. Plus you can order samples if you want to see how it will look first.

I might do that it will cost me 22$ for the vinyl then 10-15$ for the 3M tape.

I seen there website last night and was wondering if anyone has used them before.
