I drained my batter and had to jumpstart. after the jump my HUD was full of "check" this and that. My reverse cam does not work anymore and i cannot figure out what to do. should i just detach the wiring and re attach or is there some sort of master rest i can do? i jumped it at red to black - red to black. any help pleaseee

Red to black? Please tell me you didn't connect the positive of one battery to the negative of the other....

o god no.. i mean i connect my red and my black first then connected the charging car's red and black

Oh got ya. Unless you blew a fuse i dont know then. Maybe try disconnecting the positive battery terminal for 15 minutes to reset everything.

I've seen auto parts store reset a cars info by disconnecting the batt' and turning the head light switch on(till they go off).
