Side mirrors on the Civic

I've looked though my books, etc. and have found nothing. My question is can we manually rotate the mirror housing, and is there anything to do other than just holding the housing and turning it, I don't want to break anything assuming.........???????

Just push them back towards the rear of the car.

I just took his word on it, I didn't try it.... Just good to know if I ever need to though.
