Skunk2 downpipe

Is this a 3 inch downpipe? Ive been reading about a bunch of people pairing this with the nvidia q300, n1, and tsudo catbacks but those are 2.75 inch exhausts. Wouldn't goingfrom a 3 inch downpipe to a 2.75 inch exhaust cause problems? Or at least way too much pressure at the flange?

skunk2 is a 3" downpipe. I'd say that you'd have marginal losses going down to a 2.75" exhaust from the downpipe. Some have it or other 3" downpipes hooked into their stock exhaust systems and still have gains.

Hmm you would think the point where the bigger pipe meets the smaller pipe would create a lot of pressure, but then maybe by that point you're out flowing what the 3 inch downpipe can technically handle idk.

Either way ive been settle on eventually getting the skunk2 downpipe but was debating on what exhaust i want. Im thinking q300 because I'm getting tired of it being loud on the exhaust side tbh.
