Anyone else see this look into the iconic Sound City, a recording studio in Van Nuys, California that churned out hit after hit?
Some of the bands to record gold and platinum records there include The Beatles, Johnny Cash, Neil Young, Fleetwood Mac, REO Speedwagon, Metallica, Nirvana, Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers, Nine Inch Nails, Rage Against the Machine, etc.
This movie is less of a documentary, and it's more about the people and the story behind the hits, but it's a full on great movie for anyone that loves music, and has an appreciation for the art.
Great soundtrack as well, Stevie Nicks' performance is fantastic in the song " You Can't Fix This. "
