I have a 2013 Honda Civic LX I need help with a certain sound. I'm at a loss as to what it might be. It sounds like a humming. Thank you for your help.

It sounds like a windshield wiper blade rubbing. Does it make the noise if the car is sitting still, or only when you’re moving… or more info?
