If you are thinking about HID Kits. Do not purchase from the link above. Once they get your money. They will not honour their "lifetime warranty". Web contact. Email. Phone. Nothing. Their phone number isn't even active. I encourage some of you to try and contact the company via email. Voice some disgust at this " Canadian Based Business". I am out $450. For 2 cars. I purchased from them so warranty claims would be close to home. Fast. Instead of half way around the world. This is what I get from buying within Canada. They even had a great live chat when I purchased. Everything seemed legit. I cannot even open a PayPal dispute because its been more than 45 days.

I reported them to BBB and QBBB. Also some fruad site. IDK what else to do. I would have been better off buying 15 kits from China for the same price. At least I would have parts.

Nothing makes me more angry then paying for a service and not receiving it.

Man that sucks. They definitely have some Engrish on that site. I would have been wary just with the spelling/syntax errors.

What happened though? Wrong parts? Never shipped? Or the stuff just plain didn't work?

I've had nothing but good luck with @XenonDepot , they are one of the forum vendors here. I wouldn't want them to get mixed up with these guys since the names are similar.

Well first they sent my kits in Manatoba. And tried to tell me they were delivered successfully. Yes. Indeed they were. In the wrong province. So after that battle. I got my kits. Worked fine. Decent kits. But when I requested a replacement from a faulty bulb. They just ignore you. Or have disappeared.
